RDG is granting you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to view this information for your personal non-commercial use. 4. Use of this information, including disclosure, reproduction, or calculation of the index for any commercial benefit is prohibited without the express written or contractual permission granted by RDG. 5. By using this information in violation of the Terms of Use granted herein, the user understands and agrees that they have violated the limited license granted herein, and consents and agrees to pay any penalties assessed in a court of law as a remedy awarded RDG, including any and all attorneys' fees and costs associated with obtaining such a remedy.
